PACKAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL PACKAGE TERMS

• ‘Example’ videos shown for each package may have additional features that have been purchased at an additional cost to the 'from' price to improve the scale and impact of the production. These additions are displayed with the example.

• The packages are designed for guidance purposes, however they may vary depending on the needs and requirements of the client and so therefore alternative prices and package options may be necessary.

• Any work carried out at a Weekend or any Bank Holiday is not charged at our standard rate and will incur additional charges (This includes pre-production, production and post production work)

• One day is 9 continuous hours between the timeframe of 7am – 8pm including a 1-hour lunch break. This includes travel time and setup. Additional filming time is available but will be subject to additional costs.

PROMOTIONAL FILM PACKAGES

Promotional Films – Insight Package:

The Promotional Insight Package ‘From’ Price of £550 + VAT is based on the following:

Filming

• Up to one hour filming/ studio time

(One-hour studio time will be a specified time slot and date selected on the day of booking. 1 week notice is required to change a booked slot)

• ‘To camera’ delivery of your pitch

(‘To camera’ means that the camera will be in a fixed position filming you delivering your pitch to camera.)

• Up to 5 cutaway shots of product

(Up to 5 shots of your product can be filmed on the day within the studio area.)

• One camera and Operator filming on Mini DV
• Use of Autocue

Editing

• Intro/ Outro Graphics

(Motion graphics are included for both the start and end of the production. Each section will be no longer than 7 seconds in length)

• One edit review
• A single track music license

(A single track from the Audio Network music database is included in this package)

• Company Logo throughout if required

(Your company logo can be positioned throughout the video in a fixed location)

• Inclusion of up to 5 Images supplied by client
• One export format

(The choice of export format can be either

WEB (QuickTime or Flash)

DVD (One DVD Supplied, direct play only)

MOBILE DEVICE (Video File Supplied)

(different exports can be added at additional cost)

• Video up to one minute in length

(The final video can be up to 60 seconds in length including titles and outro.)

Location

• Coventry Studio

(Can be filmed at alterative location subject to additional charge and required space for setup)

Promotional Films – Discovery Package:

The Promotional Discovery Package ‘From’ Price of £1,850 is based on the following:

Filming

• One Day Filming in one location (refer to general terms)
• One camera and operator filming on Mini DV
• One Director
• Autocue

Editing

• Intro/ Outro Graphic Slides

(Motion graphics are included for both the start and end of the production. Each section will be no more than 7 seconds in length)

• Company Logo positioned throughout the video if required
• A single track music license

(A single track from the Audio Network music database is included in this package)

• Inclusion of 10 Images (if Required)

(We can edit into the video up to 10 images of your product, service or relevant subject matter. These are to be provided by the client and have the relevant rights to use the image within the production. Alternatively we can provide stock images at additional cost.)

• Two export format

(The choice of export format can be either QuickTime, Flash, Mpeg2. Other formats are available at additional cost. Extra exports can be added at additional cost)

• Up to three minutes in length

(The final video can be up to 3 minutes in length including titles and outro.)

(Any location is available subject to travel costs @ 40p per mile, additional labor costs (£40 per hour per person) and expenses (food, accommodation, - if required dependant on location)

Promotional Films – Explore Package:

The Promotional Explore Package ‘From’ Price of £2995 + VAT is based on the following:

Filming

• One Day Filming in one location (refer to general terms)
• One camera and operator

(Base camera is a Sony HVR-Z1e or equivalent DV camera shooting in standard definition. Price includes tape stock, operator, 1 shotgun microphone, 1 radio microphone and tripod)

• One Director
• One crew member

(One additional member of crew to assist with lighting, tracking and logging of the project)

• Autocue (if required)
• Track & Dolly Filming System

(This includes up to 3 meters of standard track and dolly system. Curved and additional track is a available at extra cost)

Editing

• Intro/ Outro Graphics

(Motion graphics are included for both the start and end of the production. Each section will be between 3 – 7 seconds in length)

• Company Logo throughout (if required)
• A single track music license

(A single track from the Audio Network music database is included in this package)

• Inclusion of 15 Images (if Required)
• (We can edit into the video up to 10 images of your product, service or relevant subject matter. These are to be provided by the client and have the relevant rights to use the image within the production. Alternatively we can provide stock images at additional cost.)
• Three export format

(The choice of export format can be either QuickTime, Flash, Mpeg2. Other formats are available at additional cost. Extra exports can be added at additional cost)

• Up to 4 minutes in length

(The final video can be up to 4 minutes in length including titles and outro.)

The Guest Speaker Insight Package ‘From’ Price of £450 + VAT is based on the following:

• Up to one hour filming

(One-hour filming on location of the guest speaker.)

• One camera and Operator filming on Mini DV

Editing

• Intro/ Outro Graphics
• Live cut edit

(The guest speaker/lecture in real time)

• One edit review
• One export format

(The choice of export format can be either

DVD (One DVD Supplied, direct play only)

• Dual Camera - Live cut edit

(The guest speaker/lecture in real time)

The Live Event Discovery Package ‘From’ Price of £950 + Vat is based on the following:

Filming

• Two hours filming on location.
• One camera and operator

(Base camera is a Sony HVR-Z1e or equivalent DV camera shooting in standard definition. Price includes tape stock, operator, 1 shotgun microphone, 1 radio microphone and tripod)

Editing

• Intro/ Outro Graphics

(Motion graphics are included for both the start and end of the production. Each section will be between 3 – 7 seconds in length)

• A single track music license

(A single track from the Audio Network music database is included in this package)

• One export format

(The choice of export format can be either QuickTime, Flash, Mpeg2. Other formats are available at additional cost. Extra exports can be added at additional cost)

• Up to 3 minutes in length – Creative Montage

OR

Up to 2 hours in length – Live Cut

(The final video can be up to 3 minutes in length if we editing an overall montage video using the footage filmed. Or we can edit a live cut of the event/performance/concert/etc of up to 2 hours in length.

Live Event Films – Explore Package:

The Live Event Explore Package ‘From’ Price of £1995 + Vat is based on the following:

Filming

• Four hours filming on location.
• Two cameras and operators

(Base camera is a Sony HVR-Z1e or equivalent DV camera shooting in standard definition. Price includes tape stock, operator, 1 shotgun microphone, 1 radio microphone and tripod)

• Creative Director

Editing

• Intro/ Outro Graphics

(Motion graphics are included for both the start and end of the production. Each section will be between 3 – 7 seconds in length)

• A single track music license

(A single track from the Audio Network music database is included in this package)

• One export format

(The choice of export format can be either QuickTime, Flash, Mpeg2. Other formats are available at additional cost. Extra exports can be added at additional cost)

• Up to 3 minutes in length – Creative Montage

OR

Up to 2 hours in length – Live Cut

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PAYMENT PLAN

The length of the 0% Interest Payment Plan is at the discretion of Pro-Mo Media and is based on a project by project basis and customer purchase history with Pro-Mo Media.
